September 13th Research Pizza on Banter for Breakfast

 I was tasked with reading the article about Banter for breakfast and I have many thoughts to share regarding the article, however let me try to stay on topic.

I decided to make a research pizza using the template provided. The crust was one of the Qualitative research. Earning a level of trust to even analyze and ask questions. The underlying belief or the sauce was one of buffalo ranch. It's Cool, with a slight kick. Just when you think the burning stops, it hits you again. That's the ongoing critical theory that digs at the layers of flavor, or power structure from adults to youth and even the male white privilege in a white middle-class dominated space. The Toppings on this buffalo ranch sauce and flatbread crust pizza is a bunch of eye-glass lens-shaped pepperonis. many compiled pages of notes, quotes and lived experiences and internal reflections. The Banter for Breakfast served as a toppings of a meat lover's because the author was able to pull from the extreme experience of abse of power (politicians coming into the space to take space) and even on the micro level from the small car rides to banter to breakfast. The previous research from past youth research is like the classic bacon on the meat-lovers pizza. We enjoy this buffalo rance meat lovers pizza by having it told to us in a non-fiction, first-person viewpoint, novel turn dissertation due to the nature of abundant research. It's the fine china in the house you use on special occasions. This occasion is to highlight the power structure ever prevalent throughout our society just in-house, it's naturally set up. A middle-class white neighborhood has the resources to help create a space for youth to share their voices. a privilege that is sliced into bite-sized pieces so small that even the slices of peppoeine end up looking like bacon bits. the layers of privliedge and the access to resources leaves the reader thinking about how to create a proogram that sustains the test of times similar to banter for breakfast. This article leads me to believe that years after a dissertation like this is written we can begin to crate these safe spaces for teen to share their voice.
